Hotels near American Dreams Mall?

Thinking of bringing the kids for a night. Any hotel recommendations close by?

I looked into it and there are a few because of the meadowlands. Ultimately we just went for the day. We went to the waterpark and it was fantastic. You could spend multiple days though between the waterpark, amusement park, ice skating, mini golf, skiing and shopping.

We've stayed at the Hilton Meadowlands before - when it was a Sheraton. It was a nice hotel.

There are also a bunch of hotels in Secaucus in an office/shopping area that are nice. There are restaurants right there too. There is a Residence Inn and Courtyard there. And a few more major chain hotels.

It’s hard to tell from the description but is the water park only the wave pool and big scary slides? I’ve been wanting to give it a try but can’t tell if it’s enough to justify the cost.

The waterpark was probably the best indoor water park I have been too. There are tons of slides for every level and a big water playground with smaller slides. The lazy river is good too. The water is also super warm so my kids liked that. We went on Lunar New Year because my kids had off from school but I knew most districts did not so it was pretty empty until about 4:00. It was a Friday. I am not sure how crowded it gets on weekends or holidays. We didn't wait on line once and had no problem finding places to sit. The one thing I will say is they only have one concession stand open for food so there weren't a ton of options. However it is in a mall with a food court and some restaurants so there are places to eat before or after.

I agree, it's the best one we have been to, and we have been to all in this area!

As for hotels, we have stayed at the Courtyard in Lyndhurst, and it was fine
