A fresh apple cider donut still warm. Plain, no cinnamon sugar.
There used to be a donut shop called Dough me a Flavor by the Wantagh train station. They had a Nutella donut that I still dream about. Unfortunately, they closed a few years ago.

I never met a donut I didn't like.
Especially if it's Krispy Kreme.
Or really, anything. LOL
Target sells these donuts in a 4 pack- they are their own store brand- and OMG they are like thick, dense, cake like donuts.
They must pack them still warm because sometimes the plastic container they come in is fogged up.
They are incredible!

None - really. The taste to calorie ratio doesn't add up - they're just ok in taste but high in calories.
Last weekend I made cinnamon sugar biscuit donuts. Can of biscuits - cut out a hole in the center with a cookie cutter, and dip in cinnamon sugar. Then bake like usual. DELISH!

I love dounuts, they are my one weakness. Not a fan of DD, always gave me heart burn. Not a fan of Krispy Kream either, sicking sweet.
I prefer House of donuts if I have a choice or from a real nakery

They have a red velvet version, too, but I like the original.
Every single donut there is perfection. My dad grew up in Greenpoint and used to go there as a kid. They are rated one of the top donut places in NY. Seriously, GO THERE. You will not regret it!
