I did but a heads up.....it was so tender that the whole thing fell apart.....disintegrated! The food came out good but it was a mess to clean up and alot of the little bones were all over the place.
Maybe use a whole chicken cut up? What recipe are you trying to use?

Yes! All the time. Just did one this morning. It is sooo tender that it falls off the bone, but OMG...YUMMY! DH & I love the skin so we transfer the pot itself to the oven for a little bit to crispin' it up a little.

never the whole thing, bevause as mentioned it will fall apart.
But have you tried turkey tenderloin or turkey broil...it's great!!!!
