Guilty pleasure
How many of you consider this site a guilty pleasure? I know I do. I am embarrassed to tell anyone I know irl about this site and going through n it. This is sort of a female version of roadhouse the cheesy Patrick swazye movie. You get sucked in but totally embarrassed to admit you are lol

Not me (even though I'm on everyday - LOL). I want to stop coming on because it's just so cringey at this point. I can't believe it. And as silly as it sounds - this site has been a part of my life for 10+ years so it's hard to let go - but I think it's time.

LIW was amazing for planning our wedding and when that was over and we were looking for a house and then trying for a family - this was the place to be. The infertility board saved me for years. Without the ladies on there, I don’t know how I would have survived the inevitable. Plus made lifelong friends through it as well.
But now? There are a few key posters who I look for and trust their opinions. I’ll speak to them through FM a lot. Then there are the usual suspects of shit stirrers. I’ve been good with not reacting these days bc I know it’s useless.
But yea. Guilty pleasure in the sense of I check back to see what certain people are gonna pull out of their asses next!

Definitely! I don't post much but I was on LIW and planned my whole wedding through there.
When i first joined LIF it was more a source of info for the next steps in life after wedding now it's more comical.
I don't tell anyone IRL about this site.

this place is a great to escape to when I am bored at work, I enjoy the drama- I don't get involved much but sometimes I can't hold back
I don't agree with most of you politically, but I don't feel the need to defend or explain myself to anyone - I'm going to vote how I want
I enjoy the book selections you guys post - I find it helpful when I can't think of what to read next
You know Bravo is my Church - I love any shit show they will throw on the air so I enjoy the celebrity board for that stuff
