DH and I bought 2 today (had a lot of gift cards) and let me tell you…

1. It’s super cool. We were on them for like 3 hours straight and I have red marks on my face! Played online poker with him and my nephew at our own table. Was fun

But

2. If your kids have this, I wouldn’t let them play without you sitting right there listening in and casted on the Tv you so you can see. I went to one of the virtual worlds and was watching a concert. A group of people - I’m pretty sure they were adults by the sounds of their voices, surrounded me , acting as if they were tweaking my nipples, blowjob gestures and taunted me endlessly. I tried to leave the area they were in and they followed me !!! They thankfully have a shield feature int his particular app and you can report and block people who do that, but ummmmm a young kid shouldn’t be anywhere near that. I’m a 44 year old women and I made me feel very uncomfortable. I also saw quite a few young kids. Couldn’t be more than 9 or 10 hanging out in groups hitting each other, talking shit etc.

I’m disturbed by it.

santa brought it as a family gift this year.

my DS who is 8 is on it the most.

We do monitor him and we do hear bad mouth kids in it. good thing we have potty mouths in this house so he is use to hearing it

but I will say he has gotten upset and cried once already ( he is a sensitive kid ) because people were making fun of him!! I just told him to ignore them and when someone is being mean to stop playing or leave the game.

What app was that? My kids have one but they usually just play games on it. I’ve used it a couple of times but it makes me dizzy lol.
