EMBRACING CHANGE

WE'RE BUYING A HOUSE!!
DS and i got to talking and decided to buy a house together.
we're looking for a house that has a separate unit that can be rented or used for one of us... so we don't cramp each other's style lol.
i had spent quite a bit of money (on credit) and last year i started attacking it. i am happy to say that as soon as today's $135 payment goes through, i am officially debt free.
yesterday, we spoke to our "mortgage guy" and we got our pre-approval numbers.
now, we go through the wonderful process of providing a mountain of paperwork... yay 
but, i am happy to say that today we officially start looking at houses. i'm so excited and nervous. i had a stomach ache all day, yesterday.
woo hoo!
then... we'll turn this bad boy into an "investment property" to fund my dream of retiring in New England... yes, i love and miss the snow.
just wanted to share some good news!!
