seller will stay in the house for an additional 29 days.

ORIGINAL PLAN
this is the original plan.
you'll see that the second bedroom was turned into the master bath and the walk-in closet and then two bedrooms were added at the back.
also, the bookcases on the side of the fireplace and the buffet in the dining room were removed... i want to bring those back.
the pantry will be a bigger consideration. that will require serious work... but it would be a dream to have a real pantry!!
