I’m confused as to why there is no mention of what is happening to the civilians of Gaza.
Because sadly people tend to equate Palestinian people with Hamas.

because the act of war was and is against Jewish people and Israelis. The world is not declaring genocide on the Palestinians, that's why.
CNN and many news outfits show many one sided views of what is happening to civilians in Gaza. Making Israel the enemy when the enemy is Hamas.

when he Palestinians love themselves more than hating Israel, they will root out all of Hamas. Until they realize Hamas is stealing their food and money, and over throw their leaders, give back the hostages, then this can end. They have the power to end it every day. They choose not to and suffer.

when he Palestinians love themselves more than hating Israel, they will root out all of Hamas. Until they realize Hamas is stealing their food and money, and over throw their leaders, give back the hostages, then this can end. They have the power to end it every day. They choose not to and suffer.
How do they have the power to do so? These are extremely poor people that are rarely surviving with what they have, not to mention they can’t even flee where they are because Israel controls land and water. They (common Palestinians that have to guns or anything or anything that would help them protect themselves) can’t just pick up and go against terrorists who are armed to the teeth. They really are between a rock and a hard place.

They would have to tell where hostages are kept to the IDF. Yes, it would be great personal risk. But if you want to move forward, they need to release the hostages. If they did, then the international community would put massive pressure to end everything.

the civilians are complicit at this point. They know and you are absolutely fooling yourself if you don’t think they know. It is exactly like when people who lived next to gas chambers claiming they had no idea about the crematory but you could smell the stench of death for miles. There are articles how people have tunnels dug under their homes and they need to be quiet to not tell anyone. If everyone is in one area, then they know who is coming out of a tunnel and bringing in food they are not eating. Suggesting otherwise is willful blindness. So I feel badly for babies, sure, but anyone older than 12 should be able to say something.

I'm sure a % of civilians know where the hostages are or have an idea of where they might be. I'm sure people knew tunnels were being built, I can't see how they could not. People talk in communities, friends and families. Hamas uses civilians all the time and have no issues killing their own people. Hamas uses young boys. Many on this site have the age range of children Hamas loves to enlist so they can teach them to kill
