I've been considering leaving the childcare industry after working in it for 20 years. I currently own a childcare business and I'm looking to branch into something different. I realize that it may be too late in my life to try to make a career change but it's been a long time coming and I've always been thinking what if?...

My question is, has anyone worked in early childhood education and successfully left the field finding something that is worth leaving for? What career are you in now?
