Nick Lachey
Hunk alert! Tattooed crooner Nick Lachey slathers on sunblock poolside at his hotel in Tampa, Florida, on Oct. 18, while in town to perform at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.
We love him for being so wrinkle-conscious! And so hunky!
But we love him even more for being so low-maintenance. He checked into the hotel on his own and booked a regular $259-a-night room instead of one of the $1,500 suites available, according to an insider.
Vanessa Minnillo is one lucky girl (and we bet Nick would've gotten the suite if she'd been along for the ride).

I know a bunch of your girls love him, but I think he's a cheapskate.. just like on newlyweds when he wouldn't hire movers.. he did it himself with his brother...  Give me a break... open up the wallet for some working folk!

I don't see the big deal about him trying to save a buck.....I know I'll be flamed for this, but I don't think he's all that attractive. Maybe if his nose wasn't so big.

I agree too... sure, he's got plenty of money but who knows how long his celebrity status will last? It would be a bad idea to p*ss it all away and then have to do an E True HOllywood Story after declaring bankruptcy.

I agree. Not because someone has alot of money they should just splurge unnecsessarily. You never know what tomorrow brings so you have to spend wisely.

it's ok to have different opinions, that's what makes the world go around.
I guess my point is that *because* he is a celeb with lot of money, I respect him that much more for not being typical and spending money like it's water. I think that's very commendable and frankly, smart

I think its cool that even though he has money he still likes to do things on his own. He said when he was growing up He always did his own laundry and did chores (more then I can say) and Jessica couldn't even put the toilet paper on the roll (I love her but she had maids following her around everywhere)
I respect him a lot for not blowing money on things he could do.

he obviously didnt grow up rich - he was taught the value of a dollar - I love when he was on newlyweds cleaning the poll himself
i think that makes him a hotter celeb -because he is like a normal person.
