Ovulation - I feel it!
This is the first month that I REALLY paid close attention to my body and my cycle and I am ovulating today and I am totally feeling it!!! Its a little crampy on my right ride and painful!
Well at least I know it's working! haha
Just wanted to share!
It's amazing what you can find out when you are paying attention!

No You feel it for one week because fluid start to go around the follicles to help ovulation but you only ovulate for 24-48 hours

Thanks! I always wondered!
Does that mean the last day of pain is when I actually ovulated?

I am not sure for sure but I would think that once the pain is gone you would have ovulated because as the follicle is release it moves down the fallopian tubes into the uterus either to be hopefully fertilized or released So now that i typed all of that, the answer Is YES. test it!! Hopefully you won't have to but the next time you start feeling the pains start doing ovulation test kits until you get a positive then if the pain goes away two days later or so then it's probally true!!
