Sorta TMI....
I have been having brown spotting since yesterday morning. I was due to get AF so I am 99% sure that's what it is. Does anyone else get this right before the "normal" flow starts? I am not sure why it is starting like this.

I normally dont get it but that what stinks about this whole process, is they make pregnancy symptoms alot like period symptoms so what you have is either AF or implantation spotting. When are you going to test?

I always had a day or two of brown spotting before AF started. That's how I knew she was coming.

I have read that this can be a sign of progesterone deficiency I also took B vitamins on the advice of Redstar and it seemed to lessen both the amt and longevity of the spotting HTH

I had no idea...that's very interesting. I take a daily vitamin but I guess I can start taking B too...thank you!
Yeah I am sure SHE will be here any day now  in full effect.
