cycles after m/c

I had a m/c in August...got my first af Sept 19 and then just got my second af Oct 20. My question is that I started using opks this month and if I ovulated when it said I did my luteal phase was about 9 days, which is short. I was wondering if anyone knows if I should worry or if my cycle is still trying to regulate from the m/c. Any advice would really help! Thanks!

None, I found out I m/c at the sono when they saw that the heart was no longer beating.

I had a m/c on october 12, and the doctor said it can take 4-6 weeks to get a normal AF. So, it can throw your cycle off. It is so frustrating...

The day before I had a HORRIBLE headache, and the night before I started spotting. I knew I was m/c when I started to bleed a lot.

A short LP can mean a progesterone deficiency.. or not-Soem dr's think progesterone varies too much to be tested properly but I would talk to your Dr
