Easy Rigatoni a la Vodka

1 jar alfredo sauce
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce (if you like a more sauce flavor)
3/4 - 1 cup vodka (depending on how vodka-ey you like it)

Mix together in medium sized pot. Cook to reduce alcohol. (I let it cook 20 minutes)

Boil pasta. Drain. Mix everything together and enjoy.

Really good with some nice italian bread or garlic bread

1 bag Ceasar salad from Dole


with......

4 chicken cutlets
1 can mushroom soup

bake 400 for 30 minutes


with........

1 can mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 cans cut green beans
1/2 can French's onions
(I mixed it all in a Pyrex pie dish which was the perfect size)

bake 350 for 30 mintues
stir
pour remaining 1/2 can Frenchs onions over the top and bake 5 more minutes to brown the onions.
serve hot
