Cooking frozen vegetables

What is the best way? I keep reading not to thaw, but I always find that the ice or moisture makes for soggy veggies when I go to sautee them. Any tips?

Re: Cooking frozen vegetables

I find things like broccoli, sugar snap peas, cauliflower, etc hold onto the ice longer than say the peas, corn, mixed veggie bags.

I usually run water over the bag of broccoli or sugar snap peas to get rid of the big chuncks of ice and either steam them or sautee them.
