Beef Brisket anyone?
Hey - I came across a good beef brisket recipe for my crock pot - has anyone ever made it? I remember having it years ago when I was younger, but no time recently.
Any good recipes to share?

I made this in my crockpot a week ago. Just seasoned it with salt and pepper. Added a can of crushed tomatoes, and 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce. It came out yummy! I also put sliced potatoes on the bottom.

Thanks! and did you slice it into thin slices? Was it so tender that it was hard to slice? I am just wondering what to expect. I am planning on making this on Sunday.

If you have trouble slicing it you need to let it cool down to cold, then slice it, then heat it up again!
I always like to eat my brisket the next day...makes it a whole lot yummier!
