Need advice
I have a cold, I'm using Zicam swabs and tabs to try to shorten it as my stepfather was just diagnosed with leukemia and I can't visit him in the hospital while I'm sick.
Zicam states that if pregnant or breastfeeding to concult healthcare professional before use.
My fertile days are this weekend and today is my last day of using Zicam.
Do you think we can still try this month or should we wait a month?

Yes try!! It's will not affect tgry ing to concieve!! It's just if you are already pregnant or are breastfeesing it cross into breastmilk!!GO FOR IT!!
