Why are Boss' Insensitive?
I called my boss to let him know about being taken out of work.
He's like OK thanks we'll go ahead and do the change of pharmacist in charge then.
No I hope thing go OK or any ounce of compassion. I don't understand. I'm a manager and I just don't treat my employees this way. Especially when something is legitimately wrong.
I always tell them please take care, keep us posted, etc.
You just feel so disposable.
Grrrrrr vent over.
