Ugh I saw a woman wearing
LOOSE capri pants, cuffed at the bottom with a denim skirt over them and ankle high boots. What the heck?
I dig the leggings and denim skirt look but capri pants and loose no less? I couldnt help but stare!

No she was talking with someone entering the subway at 5PM, etc. She seemed pretty normal besides her outfit!

to each his/her own. as long as one is happy and comfortable, it really doesn't matter.
however, the WORST is those that sport the skin tight, azz crack showing pants w/ cropped shirts and over-flowing belly clothes. now THAT is beyond unattractive.
