My OPK shows...
one faint line, and the "measuring" line...
which is good, the pat 2 days showed NO line with the measureing line....now I know the thing says 24-36 hours when they MATCH....
I hope they match tomorrow......

no....Well not usually.
I typically get some faint lines and then some darker ones, close to positive, and then it will go faint again and then a POSITIVE. It can really vary.
Its once you get two matching ,lines or the test line darker that you will O within 24-36 hours.
also- some months I test and O a few days later, sometimes I test at least 12-14 days...so it coudl take a while.
And remember that even though you get the "surge" it doesnt mean you actually will O. You should temp along with the opks, as a temp rise is a guaranteed sign of O.
