If you can predict in advance what might be there, try to plan accordingly. Bring things with you that you can enjoy that are ww friendly. Eat tiny portions off of a small plate . . . .

Good Luck and just do your best . . .

Regardless, journal EVERYTHING

I'm sorry for your loss.

I agree with bringing food along with you. Even if you just carry a snack, like a granola bar (btw, I highly recommend the kashi peanut butter ones - 2pts). That way, you can eat that when you get the urge to snack on something bad. Just think how proud you'll be of yourself if you can get through this while staying on track Chat Icon

Sorry GailChat Icon

I think it is ok to bring some of your own things to snack on. Some crudetite(sp?) fruit, wheat thins.

And just always remember, portion control! Don't deprive yourself....this is a hard time. I unfortunately eat when I'm sad. But I have learned....that now if I'm sad...eat, but eat a little...and then go find some poor soul to talk their ear off!!! At least then you won't be eating! LOL

Sorry Gail..trying to bring a smile to your face!! Be strong girl!Chat Icon
