IVF Girls..I have questions
Hi ladies,
I just had my transfer yesterday after my friday retreival. I've been so nauseas and threw up last night. Did nayone else feel so sick right afterward?

Did they give you anasthesia (I assume yes)? If so it is probably just a reaction to the anasthesia. I did not have any nausea at all. But I don't have PMS or morning sickness either so....I have a lead belly!!

I was nauseas and threw up after the transfer, also. I think maybe the second day after? After that, I was fine.

ETA: I didn't have anesthesia for the transfer, though. Don't know why I got sick. At the time, I assumed it was the pineapple core I was indulging in.

Thanks girls. i had anasthesia for the retreival on friday not the transfer on monday. I'm still nauseas but I havn't thrown up today so maybe it's over. Now for the dreaded 2ww.

girls, thanks for all the wishes. We transfered 2 grade 1 6 cells. Now I'm just dying to take a HPT. When do you think I can take it?

Good luck!
I think it takes 10 days for the HCG to get out of your system? You can test after that. I'll probably wait until the morning of the pregnancy test at the RE's office.
