Mary - I was JUST going to post this! I am such a WW failure the past week - it's been so hard - with DH in the hospital - my schedule was all off - I was eating not great stuff and at all hours. Now he's home and AF is here and I CANNOT stop eating!! I've gained a lot!!
Sorry to hijack your thread - at least we know we're not the only ones

I don't think the tape will hold my mouth. Got any staples? Heavy duty ones? That should do the trick.

I ate so much bad food today!
I never eat bagels and I had a huge bagel with butter! It's the stress I experienced today. I just gave in and ate bad stuff.

Maybe try having healthy stuff around to munch on? It's better to overindulge in good stuff rather than bad. Only problem is when you have the munchies you never really want the good stuff
