Asparagus - what's your favorite way to make it?
I like to steam it because I love it crunchy. after it's done, I sparingly drizzle melted light butter on it.

I like them either steamed or the microwave (canned ones drained & rinsed)...I eat them plain or a little sea salt!

It's really good steamed, chilled, and wrapped with prosciutto and sprinkled with parmesan cheese!!

In the winter, I will bake them the same way, and the last few minutes, I will sprinkle parm cheese on them, and stick them under the broiler. YUM

Boil a little water in a frying pan, throw asparagus in for 3 minutes
Then I drizzle 1/3 Balsamic vinegar, 1/3 dijon mustard, 1/3 EVOO over them

I put a little bit of margerine and EVOO in a pan...put the asparagus in the pan....than I add garlic salt, bread crumbs, and a parmasean cheese...it comes out soooo tastey!!
