This is GREAT! I know someone posted about this the other day, but it was the best switch I ever made!!
I have a question, if you want to find out the points value of something, how do you do it online??

I posted about it the other day- doesn't it ROCK?
I am using it in addition to attending meetings (as lifetime, I do not have to pay the meeting fee) and feel I have been journaling 100% better this way.
In order to find points online, I use the points tracker and search for the item.

It's the best! You can keep track of your daily points.. look up points on different foods, customize recipes.. it even prints out a shopping list based on your chosen favorites from your daily food points keeper..

and the recipe builder is great too!
you plug in the ingredients in a recipe and the number of servings it is supposed to make and it gives you the points value . . .
I never noticed the food list option- will have to check it out!

If you go onto the section where you're keeping track of your points.. there should be a button that says add to favorites. Once you do that, I thin then you can opt to print a shopping list.
