Do u use same product line for everything? Does it make a difference?

My skin has been awful lately! My facial lady said I use too many different products. Like I use one brand for eye lotion - a different for face lotion - a different for face wash - a different for scrub - etc.

Do you all use one brand of skincare and one brand of makeup? If so, do you find this makes your skin better? If not, do you find this makes your skin worse?

Finally, what lines do you recc?

I don't use all the same

I try to when I go to the store b/c my OCD sets in and I want all the same product , but I am never ready for face wash, when I need moisturizer etc

so I use a moisturizer & toner the facial lady gave me, philosphy exfoilater, and face wash - usually neutrogena, and my make up is all different

I don't use all the same line...I've tried but not every product in the line works for me. I honestly don't think it should matter either

I have never used the same line for everything. I find a holy grail and stick with it. For example, I love a facial serum by Dr. Wexler, but for eye cream, I have to go with Dior, the Wexler one burns. Why would I use something if it doesn't work for me? I think you should find what you like for specific things and go with it.

I use different stuff for everything-- usually I just experiment with stuff- and if I like it- I will keep using.

My skin has been kinda bad lately too- but the only thing that really makes a difference for me in that area is stress and hormones.. BUT I needed to get special make-up for the wedding-- color match Perscriptives foundation and powder-- and that stuff made me break out.

i dont use the same product line...esp for makeup.
Not sure if your facialist knows something that everyone else doesnt...or it could have something to do with keeping the PH levels right(?)

I love mario badescu,,,they sell it at Nordstroms and its not much more than drug store prices.
THe line doesnt use a lot of crazy ingredients, just a couple of key ingredients specifically for your skin type.

It does not make a difference at all if you use all different brands.
