i'm down 13 pounds in a month! but i had a really really bad day today and would love to talk to someone about it

my MIL adn FIL are on Jenny Craig... they lost A LOT Of weight.. I am not sure if I can help with the diet, but please FM< maybe I can help you out!

That's fantastic Carol! I was thinking of starting JC too. I seem to plateau with WW...Don't let one bad day discourage you. Get right back on and pick up where you left off. Don't let one bad day turn into two....keep up the great work!!!!
