WW - Flex Points
WW ladies - do you use all your Flex Points? If not, on average how many do you use per week?
I feel like its so hard especially on weekends not to use them all.

I usually use about 3/4 of them. If I use less it's typically becuase I worked out and used so AP's instead. I've had losses for 5 weeks now. I do try to use them early in my WW week and I eat light the 2-3 days pre WI and try to use none or just 2-3 flex.

I weigh in on friday and I usually end up using most if not all of my flexies on the weekends. I think the works out well for me because by the time I weigh in on friday my body has caught up (I also eat better during the week).
I think it's good to have a day or two where you eat a lot of points, things you wouldn't eat ordinarily because it shocks your body and it does not get used to the low-point eating, hence you are able to lose more weight on average. However, I also think it's up to the individual to determine how many flexies work best for themselves. If you're losing weight and still using them I wouldn't stress about it.

Great advice.. I don't use all of mine either. I normally use them on the weekends as well. I think it depends on the week for me also. I don't think there are any specific amount of points you have to use.. so, go by what your body tells you too!
