If I forget my toothbrush I just go. What else can you do? Sometimes they have give aways there and mouthwash ask them!

Are you going for a cleaning?? If you're just going for a cleaning, why bother. Just chew some gum so your breath is fresh and you're not killing him/her and let them know you forgot it. I'm SURE they've seen far worse.

You could also ask when you get to your appt. if you can have one so you can brush before you go in. My old orthodontist used to do this. Most dentist give you a toothbrush at the end of the visit anyway.

My dentist always provided one for me if I was coming from the office and didn't have time.
