I am definitely addicted to MLSLI, but I recently figured out that they update once a day-- first thing in the morning. I am on it so much, that I am pretty sure that is how it is done.

I still look and we bought a house! We need to look at co-ops in our area since we are still trying to sell that, but I still like to look at houses in the area we bought. So far, I haven't seen anything new pop up that I like better.

How many times can I check mlsli.com a day? How many times do they really update it?
 
I too am obsessed. And my obsession led me to understand that it is updated daily at about 3:00 am. I have never seen anything change during the day.
