My advice would be this...
Pick your fights.
Decide what is worth fighting over and what isn't.
Oh yeah, and let her think everything was HER idea. That works for me.

Try to keep her busy so she doesn't have to time to do anything other than what you want her too.  "Oh mom....I need your help with this.....oh mom...you know what would really be great....oh mom....you know what would be a big help...."

If she is nasty and this bossy just tell her plain and simple that you are a grown women, you love her but will not allow her to disrespect you or your home. If she does not like it she can leave. Don't let her actions make you feel bad!!

 Actually, I figure since she is staying at my sister's and they both work, I'll just pick her up during the day, we can go places and then I'll drop her back off! Genius! She can rearrange my sister's stuff!
Sounds like a great plan!!!
