THis happened to me...I called the number on the summons and it was corrected...I forget exactly what they said but they know you are only one person...

This happened to me as well. I just called up and they fixed it. Unfortunately, I had to adhere to the earlier date.

This happened to me too, PLUS I got notices to my old address to in my maiden name, so I got a summons 3 times in the span of like 2 weeks (and I had already changed my name and address with them like months before)  I had to call them 3 times
