I've never been in there, but I saw a balloon store in a small shopping center on Merrits across from Motor.

I was just going to suggest this store. I live down the block. It's in the shopping center with Rosemarie's Pizza.

On Hempstead Turnpike heading west after Palmers restaurant is a Dollar King (I think that is the name) on the left. We always get our balloons there for parties!
