Re: Dieting and TTC?
GREAT IDEA!!! As long as you arent doing a fad diet and are eating healthy it's great!!!! The healthier you are the better chance you have with TTC and it will result in a healthier pregnancy!!!
good luck!!!

ITA , as long as you aren't taking diet pills , staving yourself ect there is nothing wrong with that. I wish I lost a few before I got my BFP, but I have been eating much healthier... a healthy mommy = healthy baby

Re: Dieting and TTC?
How about WW while pregnant? I've been a WW girl for two years and got down to my goal weight (130). I still do WW to maintain my weight. When/if I am finally pregnant should I give up WW until the pregnancy is over?

I believe WW has a plan for pregnant women.

Unless they changed in in the past 8 months, they do not. WW will not let you use them while you are pregnant. They do have a plan for moms that are nursing.
ETA: You should not be dieting when you are pregnant. You can watch what you eat and eat healthy, but you should not be trying to maintain or lose weight while pregnant.

Re: Dieting and TTC?
Not a bad idea at all, as long as you are not doing a fad diet or starving yourself. Starting a healthy eating plan prior to pregnancy is a great idea!

There is no plan for pregnant women on Weight Watchers. I had to stop going when I got pregnant. They DO have a plan though for nursing mothers. Weight Watchers will not allow you to follow their plan if you are pregnant.

Re: Dieting and TTC?
I just joined a gym. My ob said it was ok as long as once I get my BFP I slow down and keep my heart rate in a normal range. I am just trying to eat healthy since I eat like Cr*p.
