skip the meat....saute the veggies and do pasta, veggies in garlic oil!

Spaghetti Bolognase! Chop veg, saute, add meat, brown. Toss in some spaghetti sauce...bingo bango (Jamie Oliver speak) Bob's your uncle, Spag Bol!!!
