My day was good  It was fun to catch up with all the staff I haven't seen all summer.....
Although, I feel like the 'real' first day is tomorrow since that's when the kids come 
So far though, the year is off to a good start! How was yours?

Pretty good actually I didnt have to switch rooms this year so thats def. a plus!! I went in for one day last week and did a bunch of stuff so I didnt have to go crazy today (Dh helped me last week ).
But, I feel REALLY SORE!! My legs are like jello b/c I havent done ANYTHINGGGG this Summer besides get married and go on our honeymoon lol!!!

Very good! I was so nervous because it is my first year and in a small school, but the kids were great!

It was great seeing everyone However our faculty meeting that was supposed to be 1 hour turned into 2 1/2 hours  Also I have a student teacher this year that does great bulletin boards

Mine was good....I usually have the same kids from year to year, so it was exciting seeing kids today and hearing what they did over the summer.
I spent all my free time in guidance fixing schedules and class time practicing how to open lockers LOL

Amazing. I have a great schedule this year with a huge chunk of non-teaching time in the middle of the day, so I have a feeling I'll be able to get a lot more done this year.
Although, I have a few students with some sad stories this year....again....they go through so much at a young age.....just not fair!

SOOOOOO jealous!!!! Don't even get me started!!!!
I'm gonna have to start wearing Depends, as I get a grand total of 5 minutes to myself during the day

I had a large chunk last year, and agian this year...it's the best!!!!! I took nothing home with me ever, because I got it done in the 3 hours between classes. I also got some planning done then too!
