Grrrrrrrr! One thing I have definitely learned is that men don't think of all the moving parts when it comes to planning....I think they have something missing in their brains when it comes to this. I would be annoyed too!

That was the plan but it doesn't make sense for him to come to Seaford from Kings Park if we are going to Smithtown.
but it makes sense for you to drive all over G-d's creation with your DS and being 36 weeks preggo??
Your Dh is being extremely selfish IMO!
I think he is expecting way too much from you and that he isn't taking your feelings/well being into consideration.

Oh NO way... you're being a GREAT sport about being the DD, staying out late, I'd DEF put my foot down on this one and say the dinner will be in Massapequa as originally planned or at the VERY least somewhere in Nassau.

Wow, that is wayyyyy too much to ask of you.
I would say that he needs to reschedule dinner or that he needs to be the one to go pick up DS, drop him off, and then come home to pick YOU up if he really wants to go out to dinner.
He'll have plenty of time after work.
I hope you work this out. Sounds like absolute insanity to me!

I guess I'm in the minority here. Would I be annoyed? Yes, most definitely. But it is your DH's bday and I would probably suck it up. Out of curiosity, why is it that he can't drive DC to your mom's house for you so that's one less thing for you to worry about?
