So you were right ... I went back to using my treadmill since my last post was posted in March.
I find that the treadmill does not aggravate my knees the way my outdoor workouts do but my husband, a track coach (go figure) is sort of pushing me to get rid of it! He has started "training me" so to speak and we're going outdoors more and more.
But I just love the convenience of the treadmill ..... 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there... jump on in the a.m. or anytime at night! But, I told him I'd make an honest attempt (since a few months ago I didnt really try)to sell it but if not...... I get to keep it which is great too  I'm feeling much better now my knee doesnt hurt on the treadmill! Perks of getting the better model... great shock absorption.
How much are you looking to sell for??
