Totally relate Barb...my DH would do the same w/ lunch and DD is in swimming every Tues/Thurs (all summer) & yet every one of those days DH asks, where are you going.

Argh!! I feel your pain - DH is the exact same way. During the school year, the schedule is the same every.single.day. It never changes- Drop off at the same time everyday- pickup at the same time everyday. DH even worked at home for the last quarter of the school year and still had NO idea what time I dropped off and picked up DS- It's not even like it changed everyday! It actually started to tick me off after a while...

DH can never get DD's schedule straight but I am a SAHM and he works full time in NYC so he doesn't have chauffeur duties like I do.
I know there are certain things in DH's brain that he only has so much room to remember. If I give him something new he usually forgets to turn lights off, lock doors, or put the seat down.
I'll give him some credit though. He was always the one to make sure she got to dance on time on Saturdays - he was in the recital with her.

I know this isn't school-age related, but Erin's therapy schedule is all spelled out on the white-board in our kitchen. Every night, DH asks me what her therapy is for the next day; and if I'm leaving to take her to one of them, he asks where I'm going!!
