I actually love your floors. What about painting your cabinets black and the walls a coffee color(with milk!) I think that would look sharp!

Id do the Amber Oak colored wood.
I think a sage green would be nice in your kitchen.
ETA : if you wanted to be more bold I think a cranberry red would also look nice against the white cabinets, especially once all your appliances are stainless steel.

I like the color of the walls too but we have it in the dining room and halls so I want something different. I wish I could paint the cabinets. I'd love for them to be darker. It wouldn't work though- they aren't solid wood.
