1 month down
since going to the gym. I am doing the treadmill for 30min - 1 hr depending on the day, at a speed of at least 3. I usually go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I am also doing ab, thigh and arm weights. I have NOT seen the # on the scale go down at all. But I can say that my clothes are fitting better!
So I guess that's possible, right? Maybe I lost a couple of inches but not pounds (yet)? I am being measured next week.

Re: 1 month down
I wish I could take my own advice-- but try not to focus on the scale.
One would think logically, that a drastic change would produce immediate results... not always.
When I was dieting & exercising before my wedding-- I was hardcore for like 2 months before I saw my scale move. Then all of a sudden, it was 4 lbs lighter.
Now with my current fitness plan-- I have lost like a 1.5 a week-- and the last two weeks have lost nothing... I hope that I have a significant weight loss in the next couple of weeks.
While it's frustrating, you gotta just keep at it- and know that eventually, you will see the numbers change.

Yeah....I mean, I feel good about what I am doing....just exercising makes me feel like I am on the right track...and I can feel that I am toning up..
