1 year old and bottles
Does anyone else have a DC around one that still wakes up for a bottle at night? My DD goes to bed around 6:30 and without fail will wake up sometime between 2:30 and 4:30 for a bottle.
In a way, I've just gotten used to it because I am literally only up with her for about 15 min. She absolutely sucks it down and goes right back to sleep. So I figure she still needs it. She doesn't eat as much as I think she should during the day. There have been a few times that she's slept straight through.
I read another thread where people were saying that their babies dropped this feeding 4 months or younger!
Thoughts or experiences? Thanks.
ETS: She def. knows how to self-soothe.

Re: 1 year old and bottles
Chloe is 11 1/2 months, so just about a year. She goes to bed at 7 and has slept through the night several times. For the most part she still wakes up once a night. I nurse her She does wake up sometimes throughout the night and put herself back to sleep and she goes to sleep on her own for naps and at night time, so I know she knows how to self soothe. Like you.. I think im just so used to getting up. Luckily, it's a 10 min thing. I feed her and put her down and she puts herself right back to bed. It's probably more habit than anything..
