1 year old when you shower?
Where do you put them?! My DC refuses to go into the walker, exersaucer and gets into too much just sitting and crawling in the bathroom. I do try to shower when she is asleep but I can't always. The other day I brought the stroller into the bathroom and gave her her bottle

If a stroller and bottle works, then go with it. What about bringing her in with you. I will often do that- keeps them out of trouble and kills two birds with one stone.

I pop him in the pack n play, he has toys in there and it is close enough he can hear my voice. If he cries for a minute, he will be fine and he is safe. I know I will be fast.

I used to put her in the highchair and have her watch Baby Einstein, that was the only show she would sit still for and watch.

my DS loves water so i have put his baby tub on the bathroom floor and put a very small amount of water in it and threw bath toys in it. he sits on the floor and plays with the toys in the tub while i shower. i just keep looking outside the curtain to make sure he doesnt flip the tub over.

When I had only 1 DS and still lived in NYC, I would bring him into the bathroom with me. He would play with the shower curtain and get wet.
Now we live in a house with a master suite. We have an adjacent sitting room that we use as a toy room. I plop both kids in the sitting room or put them on our bed and turn the tv on. I have a view of both the bedroom and sitting room from the shower. Once in a while, there is a cry and I just jump out of the shower. If there is no crying, I take a decent length shower (~10 min) and get ready for work.

I used to shower before he got up or during his nap when ever possible. If neither was an option, I'd pop him in his jumperoo with sesame street on and the bathroom door open. lol

I try to get it done when she's in her morning nap. If not, I put her in her pack n play with toys and Gabba or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on tv. I feel like you gott ado what you gotta do sometimes! If the stroller works for you, go for it!!

Pack and Play with toys and a tv show..I'm quick in there and she's usually pretty good..if I waited for her nap, we wouldn't get out! She's basically down to an afternoon nap this summer lol

I put him in the hallway w/a baby gate on the open end. Add some toys and leave the bathroom door open. Take a very quick shower lol I have been doing it since he could crawl, works pretty well.
