Re: 1 year olds? what foods are yours eating?
Well DS will be 1 yr. in about 2 weeks but has been on mostly table food for some time. He is doing alot better now with variety than he was a few weeks ago.
Breakfast and lunch foods: mini waffles mini pancakes cinnamon raisin toast english muffin french toast packet of Earth's Best oatmeal haven't tried scrambled eggs yet, but plan on it soon jelly sandwich yo baby yogurt
I usually always give him a fruit (whole banana, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, pear) in addition to one of the above
Dinner foods (I usually give a meat & a veggie/starch): sweet potato fries tater tots chicken cutlets macaroni and cheese grilled cheese (his favorite) sausage carrots meatballs or I'll give him some of whatever DH and I are eating for dinner
