As you can see my pages aren't anything special or fancy. I guess I use limted supplies. But at least the pages are complete and I still am proud of them.
Your pages came out great!!! You did an amazing job..and OMG look at how small your DD was...cutie pie!

This thread has inspired me to buckle down and use the 8 gagillion scrapbooking supplies I have.
I did scrap DD's sono pics and a few random moments since she's been born, but I did them digitally (which IMO is way easier than paper scrapbooking because you don't have to cut anythign). Here's a few that I did (just to share, because no one besides DH has ever really seen them).

I did a photobook with shutterfly- actually doing one for her second year too.
I just did it month by month- with each first in the month page (or pages)...

PLEASE!! You are so talented with paper scrapbooking, you'd be doing the world a disservice!  Although you'd probably be INCREDIBLE with digital too.

I did ones for the boys first year and I didn't put in anything while I was pg That will be a seperate book. I actually did small books for each of them but want to do a bigger one for myself of thier first yar, just incorporating each one into it instead of being 2 seperate focused on each one.

Michelle I LOVE your book! And now I see what my biggest problem with paper is. Your pages are so simple and so beautiful. I try too hard to get fancy and I make a big mess.
That and I struggle with journaling.
It's time for me to put my paper to use (I have TONS). I'm definitely scraplifting your pages and Melbernai's too.

Thanks - those pages are 8 x 8 so there is no room to get fancy. My 12x12 pages are more detailed becuase I have the room, but I also needed to crank those pages out to get them done by their first birthday, LOL.
Journaling - mine stinks I just describe what the picture is about, it is usually nonsense. On the last page I put a letter to each of them, that was the hardest thing to do.

I also print out at a store --- I do mine through walgreens. I actually have 2 books. My sister made one for me for Em's first Christmas, so it is her first 3 months. She was 17 at the time and on a budget for christmas so she printed them herself but I don't feel that the photos last as long. I do feel like the color fades more quickly.
So all of the pages I am doing are with photos printed at walgreens.
I really still think we should do a scrapbook GTG....I am fairly creative, but try not to buy too much stuff, but with good ideas like all of these I think my pages could get better.
