$10 Cashmere Scarves...
Ok, so on the corner of 35th and 7th, there is a guy with a table set up selling 100% Cashmere scarves for $10. They are actually really cute and he has basically EVERY color imaginable. We all have people on our xmas buying list that we hate to actually spend a great deal of money on, and I think these scarves are PERFECT gifts! If I hadn't hit so many bargains at the outlets a few weeks ago I would DEF. be picking a few of these up

Well I've seen him there at night too.. so he either stays there all day or sets up shop in the morning then again in the evening! It's between 34th and 35th on the West (Conway) side. Good luck!

My mom was in the city Sunday and said they were on every block with the scarves, and most said they were made in England and Scotland (she bought one for my grandma who is from Scotland).

I did this as gifts for several people last year, I bought 5 and bargained to get then for $8 each.
ETA: Theres's one on the east side of Broadway between 22nd and 23rd today.
