10 min massge in nail place while preggo???
Can I get one of those 10 min back massages in the nail place? I am 5 weeks.
I wasn't sure if that is ok????
(Stupid question, I know!!)

Not unless it is a certified massage therapist.
On top of that you are in 1st trimester. Massage is usually not a good idea. Most people will not do one.
At the nail place/hair salon, they usually go way too deep (a contraindication during pregnancy) and they don't really know what they are doing.
So I say no.
FYI.. I am an LMT certified in pregnancy massage (AND THIS IS NOT SOLLICATION. Just my professional opinion).

I am glad I asked! I really wasn't sure bc it is not like it is a full body(only back) but I was still nervous. Not worth it!!!!
