10 minute trainer
Does anyone have this set of dvds?
My DH decided yesterday he wants to get it and start it together since my gym membership runs out in Feb and it will save us some money in the long run if we get it and stick to it
Any suggestions or reviews please it would really help

Re: 10 minute trainer
I used to do one or two after I finished a run. I like them but I don't feel like it was a "program" by itself. I don't think if I had done them exclusively that I would have seen any difference in my body. They are great as a supplement IMO.

Re: 10 minute trainer
Thats what I figured
I figure they are meant for people who have never exercised a day in their life and eat bon bons on the couch LOL
I told him I would try them with him but I may run early in the morning just to be on the safe side to add to it
Thanks

Re: 10 minute trainer
I like to use DVD's instead of the gym but a word of caution - they get boring pretty fast.
I have never used the 10 min trainer but I do have a bunch of Jillian Michaels which I love.
I find having several videos helps so you can change it up - not only helps with boredom but helps you fit it into your schedule (i.e. I have some that are 10 mins - 20 mins vs. 40 mins, etc.) I also use outdoor running when possible to add some variety.
