100th day - 10 sets of 10
My DS has to do the 100th day project also but he has to make a collection of 100 things and then arrange them in sets of 10.
The example the teacher gave is to collect 100 pom-pom and then make 10 ladybugs with 10 pom-poms on each one.
I need something that would work for a boy and am coming up blank!
Any ideas?

We are doing paper clips. They are colored so he is doing 100 paper clips in groups of 10's by color. He is just linking them, not making a design.

Last year we did a rainbow - 10 rows of color, with 10 pom-poms making up each row.
this year she wants hearts, so we'll do 10 big hearts each made from 10 valentine heart candies. (but thats pretty girly!)

We are going to get crayons and glue the crayons to create the number 100
100 pennies....
Out of curiosity, do all schools do this?? We are in North Bellmore...

We did 100 letters. We cut them out of magazines and glued them on the paper. Pretty easy and good for both a boy and girl.
