10.5 weeks and the m/s is getting worse
I thought it was supposed to get better around this time? I'm generally ok during the day but once 7pm hits, ugh And 2am is quickly becoming my least favorite time of the day. Just me, my saltines, ginger ale and the toilet, every night, ad nauseum (no pun intended ) while my family sleeps peacefully. Even the freakin' dog sleeps through my gagging!
My doc prescibed me reglan for the nauseau which I tried this weekend and TOTALLY backfired
Should I switch to zofran or wait it out another week or two with desperate hopes that it will begin to subside as I draw closer to the 2nd trimester?

My Morning sickness didn't start until 9 weeks peaking at its worst around 11-14 weeks and then started getting better around 16 weeks.
Feel better!

Beth, I'm so sorry you're dealing with this too. It's rough enough for me, I couldn't imagine having to care for a toddler through it as you do.
It's 9:30 and i've already thrown up 6 times today. it starts at 5:50 every day like an alarm. a nasty nasty alarm.
everything hurts from wretching
oh here's a good one for today... I was out in my car leaving for work and had to run back in the house to hurl. AND my glasses fell off my face into the toilet. yaaaay monday.

I am 12 weeks and the m/s got worse for me. I gag the whole way to work in the morning. I am hoping that in a few more weeks that it will be done.

Pretty much the same thing here. By the end of my 14th week, I was feeling much better.

Re: 10.5 weeks and the m/s is getting worse
I thought mine was getting better, but at 12 going on 13 weeks I am soooo queasy.
For me it kicks in the late afternoon. It's just awful and I feel like nothing is getting done. I'm not really eating and my strength in waning.
It's the worst

Re: 10.5 weeks and the m/s is getting worse
I have to say it peaked for me around 10 weeks to be honest and then started to subside significantly around 12-13 weeks.
I don't know about the meds but my guess is you've got 2-3 weeks more to go before it gets better so keep that in mind.

Re: 10.5 weeks and the m/s is getting worse
Thanks ladies... I take some comfort in knowing I'm not alone. I'll just have to continue with the mantra that I can get through this.
For me, it's not vomiting - constantly queasy and nauseaus and gagging. Sometimes I WISH I could throw up!
